With the nation’s Highway Trust Fund set to run dry by fall unless Congress finds money, many projects across the country could be halted. However, Fitzpatrick said the I-95 and Turnpike connector, Route 13 and Levittown Train Station projects would continue as would the York Road upgrade in Central Bucks County.

“It is always exciting to hear Congressman Fitzpatrick’s perspective on issues as critical as transportation,” said TMA Bucks executive director Bill Brady. “His knowledge and experience allows those of us in the industry to understand what is happening and what we can expect. He is a leader that we rely upon to resolve the issues facing our county and our nation’s transportation.”
