State Police Investigating Crash in Middletown


Pennsylvania State Police are investigating how a driver lost control and ended up hitting trees and some shrubs Monday night in Middletown.

The crash happened around 7:50 p.m. on Neshaminy Street, just north of Fairview Avenue, near Hulmeville, police said.

The driver, a 56-year-old Langhorne man, lost control of his 2014 GMC SUV while he was driving, according to police. A press release said the man was not injured but his vehicle suffered damage to passenger side.

Medics from the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad and William Penn Fire Company responded to the crash.
