Penndel Chief of Police Joseph Sciscio, a member of the FBI’s Crimes Against Children Task Force, discovered Blasini downloaded 13 videos of girls between the ages of 9 and 13 engaging in sexual acts, according to an affidavit of probable cause. The videos were downloaded to a home in the 1000 block of Second Avenue in Croydon between February 19 and March 15, police said.
Bristol Township Detective Douglas Slemmer interviewed Blasini at his Croydon home before his arrest. Blasini, according to court paperwork, admitted to downloading and viewing child pornography on his computer.
A charge of dissemination of photos or films of child sex acts was withdrawn by prosecutors, according to court documents.
