Talier Fletcher, 22, is accused of selling heroin through a hole cut in the window blinds at the Woodland Manor apartments in Morrisville Borough.

Police from Bristol Township had a confidential informant buy heroin from Fletcher on April 15 and again on Tuesday, court papers say. Both times the sale was made through a small square hole cut in the blinds, police said.

Lt. Terry Hughes told LevittownNow.com people would walk up to the window, buy drugs and walk away.

“It was a walk-thru, drive-thru set up,” Hughes said.

Police said they believe Fletcher favored selling drugs through the blinds in an attempt to conceal his identity.

Officers descended upon the Morrisville apartment around 3 p.m. Friday. Fletcher was arrested and 94 bags of heroin with the stamps “HIV” and “Magic” were found along with $3,500 cash, according to a press release.

Hughes said Morrisville police assisted in the arrest. He added that Bristol Township handled the investigation because they believe residents in their township were buying drugs from Fletcher.

Police across the county have increased heroin investigations after a series of heroin overdoses, some fatal.

“We’ve been hitting them pretty hard,” Hughes said of the township’s stepped-up heroin enforcement.

Fletcher’s arrest is the second major one this week. Police charged Martin Furey Jr. of Levittown after finding 139 bags of suspected heroin in his mother’s house.

Hughes said a detainer has been filed and Fletcher will be facing more charges in connection with the drugs discovered during the search warrant.

Fletcher was charged with two felony drug charges and was sent to county prison on 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
