According to state police, the Philadelphia man lost control due to speed, and his 2006 Dodge Stratus went into the lane of a 2013 Kia Optima driven by a 51-year-old Langhorne woman. The vehicles hit and the Kia struck the guard rail in the area of the Bristol on ramp and then went off the highway, a press release states.
