Danny L. Wilson Jr., 48, of Morrisville was arrested at the Hamilton Park Apartments at 12:04 a.m. for simple assault. He was arraigned and sent to county lockup on $25,000 bail.
Retail Theft
Christian Jones, 43, of Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft at 3:59 p.m. at the Giant Food Store on North Flowers Mill Road. He is accused of taking $68.78 of merchandise.

An unlocked 2011 Honda parked on Eaton Court was entered overnight. Paperwork and a cigar lighter valued at $7 was stolen.
