According to police, multiple units responded to the United Artists Theater near the Oxford Valley Mall just before 10 p.m. after it was reported a man was exposing his penis in the theater. A manager at the movie house was calling police because Gimello was bothering the girls outside of the ladies room and was refusing the leave.
The three girls told police Gimello angled his phone so they could see it and “continually” displayed pictures of a penis, according to court papers. Gimello also reportedly kept making direct eye contact with the girls.
The girls went to the ladies room to get away from the uncomfortable situation, police said. As they went to leave, they spotted the 25-year-old standing nearby the exit, authorities reported.

The three girls were brought to the eatery and bar to identify the Gimello, which they did, police said.
Police did not state whether the pictures were of Gimello’s genitals or someone else.
Investigators confiscated Gimello’s phone as part of the investigation, court papers state.
