A man was charged with making threats against a lunch aide after an incident last Wednesday at a Levittown elementary school.
Police say Paul Frenier, 38, of Bristol Township, went to the Ralph Waldo Emerson Elementary School on Mill Creek Road in Bristol Township shortly before 1 p.m. and began making threats.

“I was advised by the principal and several other staff members that the defendant threatened to punch the victim in the ‘f**king face’ in the presence of other students,” an officer wrote in court documents.
The female victim is a lunch aide at the school and was working when Frenier came into the building, police said.
The victim and other staff at the school said they were in fear following the statements and actions of the 38-year-old man, police said.

According to court papers, an officer called Frenier and he admitted to “losing his temper and threatening the victim.”
Frenier turned himself into police and was arraigned on charges of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
