When police showed up to the light blue house in the 200 block of Coventry Road in April, a man barricaded himself inside and later shot himself in the chest.
On Wednesday, police responded to the house again for reports of the same man having a mental health crisis, according to authorities. The response closed the road and required officers to draw their sidearms, residents tell LevittownNow.com.

Thankfully, police said the man came out in about five minutes and was transported via ambulance to the hospital for a mental health exam.
Lt. Hank Ward said the man threatened to hurt himself in the latest incident. He added that officers’ actions were in response to the previous encounter police had at the house.
In that incident, the man, whose name and age was not released, shot himself in the chest after terminating a phone call with a Falls police negotiator after being holed up in the house for about an hour. His estranged wife called to report that he was distraught inside the house. Multiple police cars closed down several busy intersection and escorted an ambulance to St. Mary Medical Center where the man was treated and survived.

A dispatcher told LevittownNow.com that the Wednesday incident started at around 3:30 p.m.
