A Bristol Township man is facing charges after he is alleged to have fired his gun at another man he thought was hitting on his girlfriend during an June incident in Northampton Township, PhillyBurbs.com reports.
Anthony Pekarski, 26, is a corrections officer at the county prison and is currently suspended from his job, according to the website.

The 26-year-old is charged Wednesday with simple assault, possession of weapon, reckless endangerment and disorderly conducts. He was arraigned before Northampton District Judge William Benz and released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
