Middletown Township police were busy at the Oxford Valley Mall on Friday.
According to a police press release, Petro Grembi, 48, of Philadelphia was arrested for retail theft. Police said he stole $394 worth of merchandise from the Sears at the mall at around 11:30 a.m.

Bristol resident Elizabeth A. Irion, 50, was also nabbed for retail theft after she was found to have taken $326 worth of items from Sears, police said. She was caught at 1:58 p.m.
The third and final retail theft arrest was made at 3:50 p.m. when police cited a 16-year-old male for taking $50 worth of merchandise from the Hollister Company store on the first-floor of the mall.
Police often arrest and cite those suspected of stealing items from the mall. A police substation is located on the first level.
