A generator placed too close to combustibles destroyed a shed on a lot at the Penn Warner Club in Falls Township just before noon on Saturday.
No one was injured, but the storage shed off Pennsbury Road was destroyed, Fire Marshal Rich Dippolito said.

The owner of the lot was able to remove propane and gasoline canisters from the shed before they had time to explode, Dippolito said.
The fire marshal said conditions near the generator got too hot and set surrounding combustibles ablaze.
The fire was quickly knocked down by firefighters.
