What do you do when you get evicted from your apartment?
You break in of course. As one 57-year-old Bristol Township woman did Thursday afternoon while additionally threatening to kill her neighbor and his four kids, police say.

Police responded to call on the 400 block of Sycamore Avenue in Croydon to a report of a previously evicted woman attempting to break into her former apartment around 2:45 p.m. ,cops say.
When officers arrived they observed Patricia Hall of Croydon in the midst of prying open the door of the apartment she was evicted from with a hammer, according to court records.
Police say Hall had already pried the doorknob off and was in process of doing the same to the dead-bolted door which officers noted was clearly damaged.

When officers asked Hall what she was doing, she replied, ‘What the f**k does it look like I’m doing! I’m breaking in,’ according to court documents.
Asked by Bristol officers about being evicted from the apartment, Hall told police she knew about the eviction but according to her she wasn’t evicted properly and could not be thrown out so she was going to break in, court documents say.

When police walked away from the apartment, with Hall, to verify the eviction the defendant saw a neighbor playing outside with his children and started to loudly accuse him of calling the police on her additionally yelling I’m going to kill them, police say.
Hall then imitated shooting the family as if she had a pistol in her hand saying repeatedly “I’m gonna to get you,” court documents say.
Police verified Hall’s eviction with Bristol Borough court staff. Hall was present for the eviction, police say.

Hall was charged with felony criminal attempt to break into a structure, possession of an instrument of crime, and terroristic threats with the intent to terrorize another.
She was arraigned by District Court Judge Frank W. Peranteau Sr. and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 24.

Hall was sent to Bucks County Jail in lieu of 10 percent of $30,000 bail.
