A Falls Township woman is charged with several counts of disorderly conduct, making terrosistic threats, resisting arrest and public drunkenness after a Wednesday incident where a township officer said she “lunged” at him during a domestic disturbance call.
According to court papers, Falls police were dispatched to Peach Tree Lane in Levittown Wednesday just before 5 p.m. to assist a man looking to avoid a confrontation at his residence after he came home from work and discovered the vehicle of his wife’s ex-boyfriend outside.

Two officers entered the home with the man. Once inside, Kerri Rockenbach-Miller, 36, began yelling obscenities at her husband, police said. They stated that Rockenbach-Miller appeared agitated and had the smell of alcoholic beverages coming from her.
Despite attempts to calm Rockenbach-Miller down, she walked toward her husband and “threatened to make his life miserable, taking him for everything he has,” police said.

The 36-year-old pointed directly in her husbands face and an officer stepped between the two, court documents state.
Police said Rockenbach-Miller directed her anger at the officer and “lunged” at him. The officer managed to put her against the wall and tried to place her under arrest. The 36-year-old pulled away and kicked her leg backwards into the officer’s knee twice, police said.
As police took Rockenbach-Miller to a patrol vehicle, she yelled an obscenity and then turned to her neighbors who were outside and blurted out, “I’ll fucking kill you, you n****ers.” The officer said in court papers she kept threatening her neighbors and cursing as she was lead to the street.
