Community Days, Yard Sales & Fireworks Happening This Saturday

The annual Penndel Community Day and borough-wide yard sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The fun-filled day will feature rides, vendors and attractions for people of all ages. Food will also be for sale at Redeemer Church on Hulmeville Avenue.

During the events, the Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Office will be at Borough Hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to process ID cards for the county’s Veterans ID Discount Card Program. The county requires that interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 in order to get the card.

Falls Township Family Festival

Falls Township will be hosting a free Family Festival Saturday from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.

The event will feature the Que for the Troops, which is a PA State Championship BBQ Qualifier, and raises fund for the Liberty USO.

The township will feature games, rides puppet shows, hypnotists, magicians and much more.

A fireworks show will cap off the night at 9 p.m.
