BCCC New Advanced Maufacturing Training Center to Hold Open House Friday

Bucks County Community College’s will host a open house for its New Advanced Manufacturing Training Center this  Friday (formerly the Green Jobs Academy).

The event will from 8:30 a.m. to  11 a.m. at   the colleges Advanced Manufacturing Training Center located on 310 George Patterson Blvd., Suite 109 Bristol PA, 19007.

Potential students will the opportunity to meet instructors, tour the facility, and demonstrate how employees can increase skills in their area of expertise. Training opportunities will be offered in:

  • Manufacturing Fundamentals
  • Electro-Mechanical Applications
  • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • CNC Machine Operation
  • Industrial Welding
  • Hydraulics/Pneumatics
  • Advanced Manufacturing/Integrated Systems Technology – AMIST 1

Jeff Bohen is a former member of LevittownNow.com’s staff. Jeff was born and raised on the streets of Brooklyn, New York.
