Goal Met: De’ Ana IS Going to Africa!

Need a feel good story for today? Well we have one for you!

On April 1 we published the story about former Crydon resident and Harry S. Truman graduate De’Ana  GrDe'Ana Groganogan’s quest to get to South Africa.

Grogan needed to raise about $6000.00 or more for her “dream” opportunity to intern with the African Conservation Experience.

Apparently, that goal has been met.

“I want to thank everyone who took the time to help me get to Africa. To the few who made it happen I am beyond grateful, I have the most amazing and supportive family and friends and because of them I get to volunteer and learn about animals in Africa. All I can say is thank you for being wonderful,” she said on her Get De’Ana to Africa Facebook page.
