Rodney Simmons, 51 and Rooney Simmons 24, Otter St. Bristol were cited for disorderly conduct on Otter and Linden Sts, at 1:45 p.m.

Two cans of baby formula, valued at  $60.00 were stolen from Rite Aid, Commerce Circle, Bristol at 1:05 p.m.

Suspect is a black female, who was wearing pink pants. and a black & white shirt.

She fled the store in a black Honda.

Paul George Caldwell, 49, of Taft St, Bristol, was arrested at 2;06 a.m on Taft St.

He was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct..

He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
