Former Falls Township tattoo artist Walter Meyerle, 36, was in court on claims the lawyers who represented him during his criminal child molestation case where was was found guilty of 170-sex related charges in 2012 were not fully prepared, PhillyBurbs.com reported Thursday afternoon.
Meyerle “has decided not to question whether his rights were violated because his two former court-appointed attorneys were not given more time to prepare for trial,” PhillyBurbs.com courts reporter Laurie Mason Schroeder wrote. He still plans to file appeals in his case, she reported.
