A man with a shoebox attempted to rob the 7-Eleven at Route 13 and Edgely Road in Bristol Township Wednesday morning.
The suspect walked into the convenience store just before 1 a.m. and told the clerk he had a bomb nestled in a shoebox, Lt. Terry Hughes said.

Aside from not having a bomb, the suspect did not make off with any cash, Hughes said. He was last seen walking along Route 13.
The suspect was described by police as a slim 5-foot-8 white male. He was wearing a baseball cap, blue jeans and a gray hoodie.
