NEARBY: Attempted Child Luring Reported In Neshaminy School District

Police are investigating an attempted child luring that occurred Sunday afternoon.

Lower Southampton police said officers responded to Park Lane in Feasterville for a suspicious vehicle call around 4 p.m. Sunday. The person who made the complaint reported the a silver SUV traveled along Park Lane and approached a 9-year-old girl and 8-year-old girl. The driver of the vehicle asked the girls if they wanted to ride in his SUV.

“No,” the girls reportedly told the man and he drove off toward Bustleton Pike.

Police said the girls reported the driver was a black male with braided hair, a black and gray T-shirt and sunglasses. A female was in the passenger seat.

Police searched the area and were not able to locate the SUV.
