Family-Run Plumbing Business Ready To Serve Area Customers

Jennifer and Milt Warrell

Running a small business isn’t easy, but the team at Levittown-based J&M Warrell have staked their growth and reputation on providing affordable and quality plumbing and drain cleaning services to area customers.

Jennifer and Milt Warrell run the business that they started in 2009.

Some of the most popular services offered are regular drain cleaning, repairing or installing toilets and other plumbing fixtures, fixing slow drains, repairing or installing hot water heaters, repairing or replacing burst pipes, adding baseboard heat, video scoping of sewers, and hydro jetting to clear blockages. Although, the Warrells note, their team is ready to tackle problems that come up for customers.

“We’re ready to repair and assist customers around the clock with a number of services,” Milt said. “If it’s plumbing related, we’re ready to handle it.” Hiring perth electrician is a great idea as they can come and inspect the issues at the location and choose the best plan.

J&M Warrell Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is licensed to serve the entire Philadelphia region and offers basic plumbing services across the Delaware River in New Jersey. They offer around-the-clock emergency service as they are linked to this company in Carroll County MD to cover a lot of clients at a same time.

“Our main focus is on Bucks County, but we have clients across the area that we serve,” Milt said. “We cater to both residential and commercial customers, small to large.”

As more municipalities begin requiring video sewer scope inspections for home sales, J&M Warrell is preparing and offers the service. Milt said they already have served a number of customers with the service since Bristol Township began the requirement this year.

The company employs six technicians and participates in co-op programs to give young people starting out in a field a chance to get hands-on experience. The program has had benefits not just for the technicians but also the company, leading to the hiring of one of its current full-time employees.

Milt began working plumbing and heating right out of high school, eventually meeting Jennifer through the job. After a layoff, he went to the police academy and worked as a patrol officer before being elected sheriff.ย While Milt works in law enforcement as his full-time job, Jennifer runsย J&M Warrell full-time while Milt assists on nights and weekends.

The Warrells pride themselves on offering quality service with technicians that are polite and ready to handle all types of problems.

The company has seen growth over the past 10 years and are expanding by relocating their offices and workshop to a new location along New Falls Road in Levittown.

“At the end of the day, we’re still a mom-and-pop shop that prides itself on good service and a quick response,” Jennifer said.
