Arrests Made In Fatal Shooting Of 21-Year-Old Levittown Man

Two people have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a Levittown man on I-95 in Philadelphia last year.

Alondra Lauren Lopez, 28, and Joseph G. Toledo-Gonzalez, 27, of Philadelphia, are charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, possession of a firearm while prohibited, reckless endangerment, propulsion of missiles into an occupied vehicle, risking catastrophe and other offenses in connection with the death of Aiden J. Zeallor, 21, of Levittown.

The two also face attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and related charges involving two other victims, according to court papers filed in the city.

Lopez and Toledo-Gonzalez were preliminarily arraigned last Wednesday before Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge Gregory O. Yorgey-Girdy. Bail was denied for both. Lopez was sent to the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center, while Toledo-Gonzalez was remanded to Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility.

Zeallor was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head inside a red 1984 Ford Mustang on northbound I-95 between Bridge Street and Cottman Avenue at about 2:31 a.m. on March 29, 2025, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Zeallor was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

State police said they found the Mustang with front-end damage and bullet holes in its windshield.

Several yards away, a 2009 white Acura TL was abandoned in the right lane, troopers said.

The Acura had heavy rear-end damage and multiple bullet holes, according to state police.

A 21-year-old male passenger in the Mustang, who is from Smyrna, Delaware, was hospitalized with injuries suffered in the crash, state police said.

Investigators later learned that the Acura’s driver, a 26-year-old Philadelphia man, had been taken to Temple University Hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.

According to charging documents, both Lopez and Toledo-Gonzalez had previous convictions that prohibited them from possessing guns.

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and state police did not comment on how investigators identified Lopez and Toledo-Gonzalez as suspects or how the two were arrested.

According to his obituary, Zeallor was an organ donor and four people’s lives were saved from his donation.

The charges against the duo were first reported last week by NBC 10.
