Neighbors reported a man walking nearly nude in a residential neighborhood last week, which led to police arresting him.

Middletown Township police were called around 9:04 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4, to the intersection of Green Valley and Coach roads in the Langhorne section of the township. A resident reported that her minor son and his friends had spotted a man walking down the street with only a towel covering his genitals but not his rear.
The incident was captured on a vehicle dash camera, police said.
The resident told police the man was intoxicated and had previously walked nude through the neighborhood.

Neighbors had alerted police to a similar incident earlier that same day, which led to a police response.
Officers learned the man had been struggling with alcoholism and had attended rehabilitation facilities in the past, police said.

An officer found the man had been staying with family on nearby Alberts Way, where he damaged a door during an incident the previous week, police said.
Family members told police they had informed the man he was no longer welcome in the home.
Officers had the man get dressed before taking him into custody, according to police.
The 38-year-old Chalfont man has been charged with open lewdness and defiant trespassing. After his arrest, he was detained and later released under a bail change order.
