The ramp connecting northbound I-95 to eastbound I-276 (I-95 North/New York) is scheduled to shut down nightly from Monday, Aug. 10, through Thursday, Aug. 13. The travel restriction will be in place each night between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., according to PennDOT.
During the closures, northbound I-95 motorists will be detoured via the southbound Veterans Highway (Route 413) Interchange to northbound Route 13, where they can access the eastbound I-276 ramp.
PennDOT said drivers traveling through the work zone or along the detour route should build extra time into their commutes. Traffic backups and delays are expected.

Officials said that all scheduled construction remains weather dependent.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is carrying out the roadwork under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
