The man was charged last week via summons with institutional vandalism, criminal mischief, and criminal trespassing in connection with the July 9 incident.
Security camera footage captured a man using green spray paint to mark letters and numbers on a shed located behind Brookwood Elementary School on Haines Road in the Levittown section of the township. The incident occurred during the afternoon hours, township police said.
A school official identified the suspect from the surveillance video, police said.
