Local lawmakers and Gov. Josh Shapiro have announced grant awards for projects in Bucks County that total $11 million.

The funding through the state’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) is part of $445 million for 356 projects in Pennsylvania.
RACP, which is administered by the governor’s Office of the Budget, is a reimbursement grant program that funds essential design, acquisition, and construction projects across the state.
The program is designed to help pay for projects with regional or multi-jurisdictional impact, promoting economic growth, creating jobs, increasing tax revenue, and contributing to vibrant, resilient communities.

A list of projects in Bucks County:
• Radcliffe Street in Bristol Borough: $1 million will be used by B Mazzocchi Development for the complete renovation of the long-vacant property at 109 Radcliffe Street into a family entertainment complex. The project will bring the building up to full ADA standards and construct an addition on the second floor. Work will include installation of major new systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinklers, along with extensive structural improvements including steel, masonry, a new roof, and the addition of an elevator to ensure accessibility. This investment will transform a blighted property into a vibrant destination for Bristol.
• Bensalem Township Energy Efficiency: $1 million to support roof replacement and solar energy system upgrades at a municipal administration building.
• Middletown Township Department of Public Works Yard: $500,000 to support demolition, reconstruction, and expansion of public works facilities.
• DiaVac Biotech Expansion: $500,000 to support laboratory and cleanroom expansion for biotechnology operations, including specialized systems and infrastructure upgrades.

• Doylestown Waste Recycling Facility: $750,000 to support demolition and reconstruction of a recycling facility with upgraded sorting, processing, and stormwater infrastructure.
• Dublin Diner Redevelopment in Dublin Borough: $1 million to support full redevelopment of a commercial property through structural renovation and site improvements.
• Falls Township Fire Company: $500,000 to support major renovation and modernization of a fire company facility, including structural and systems upgrades.
• Friends Village Styer Campus in Newtown Township: $1 million to support critical infrastructure and building envelope improvements at a senior living campus, including roofing, HVAC, and fire suppression upgrades.
• Levittown Bristol Pike in Bristol Township: $1 million to construct Phase II of the Levittown Bristol Pike redevelopment at the former Hammock Hotel, preparing a shovel-ready industrial/logistics site with full infrastructure, grading, and utility improvements to support future commercial development and job creation.
• Oscar Hammerstein Museum in Doylestown: $1 million to support redevelopment of a historic site into an ADA-compliant museum and education center with exhibition space, classrooms, and visitor amenities.
• Pennsbury High School Campus in Falls Township: $500,000 to support consolidation of two school facilities into a single comprehensive high school campus.
• PlayaRaya Campus in Northampton Township: $750,000 to support campus expansion through construction of a new multi-level building, site improvements, and enhanced recreational amenities.
• River Crossing YMCA Childcare Center in Morrisville Borough: $500,000 to support installation of accessible playground and outdoor safety improvements for childcare services.
• Shenandoah Woods in Warminster Township: $1 million to support transformation of a former Navy housing site into a public recreation and education space with trails, landscaping, and community amenities.

“Through this round of RACP investments, my administration is investing nearly $445 million in projects to revitalize communities, create more opportunity, and drive long-term growth. The governor’s office touted more than $41 billion in private-sector investment and the creation of more than 24,000 jobs in the past three years.
