

A pre-dawn fire destroyed a shed and damaged two nearby homes early Monday morning in Falls Township.

Firefighters were dispatched to Nottingham Drive at 3:29 a.m. after reports of a dwelling fire, according to the Falls Township Fire Company.
As they pulled up, crews discovered a shed fully engulfed in flames that were spreading toward two adjacent residences, the fire company said.
Firefighters brought the blaze under control after 21 minutes, officials said.

No injuries were reported, officials said, and both homes sustained damage.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but it appears to be accidental, Falls Township Fire Marshal Rich Dippolito told LevittownNow.com.

The Falls Township Fire Company was assisted at the scene by seven neighboring departments, including the Fairless Hills, Levittown No. 1, Levittown No. 2, Morrisville, Tullytown, Yardley-Makefield, and William Penn fire companies.
