A man has been arrested after a girl told police he subjected her to years of inappropriate contact beginning when she was 6 years old, according to court papers.

Brandon Scott, 21, of Bristol Township, was arrested late last week and preliminarily arraigned Friday before on-call District Judge Mick Petrucci on charges of corruption of a minor, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault on a person less than 13 years of age, and harassment. Scott was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $200,000 bail.
The Bristol Township Police Department started an investigation into the matter on June 3, 2025.
Police said they learned of a 13-year-old girl’s allegations that a 19-year-old man had attempted “inappropriate sexual acts” with her.

After the initial report, the girl was referred to the Children’s Advocacy Center for a forensic interview, police said.
During an interview on Sept. 2, 2025, the girl told investigators that the man stated he wanted to have sex with her. She reported that he would try to kiss her and pull her close, prompts she resisted by kicking, punching, and telling him “no,” police wrote in court papers.

According to court papers, the girl stated that the man attempted to force her to “do things” over a six-year period, spanning from the time she was 6 years old until she was 12.
