With no primary opponents in the field, the matchups for several state House of Representatives races in Bucks County are set for the general election.

In the 18th Legislative District, Republican incumbent State Rep. K.C. Tomlinson will face Democrat Bryan Allen, a former Bensalem Township Council member and House staffer.
Tomlinson, who first won her seat during a 2020 special election, is the daughter of retired State Sen. Tommy Tomlinson.

When announcing her candidacy, she said she had a reputation in Harrisburg as one of the legislatureโs most independent members.

โI have worked with both parties in Harrisburg to deliver for our families,โ Tomlinson said.
Allen enters the race after serving until 2026 as chief of staff to Democratic State Rep. Tina Davis. He also served as the vice chair of the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority Board.

The race for the 18th District, which covers Bensalem Township and Hulmeville Borough, is projected to be one of the state’s most competitive legislative battles heading toward the 2026 elections.
Another highly anticipated contest is shaping up in the 142nd Legislative District, where incumbent Republican State Rep. Joe Hogan will challenge Democrat Kristin Egan, a Neshaminy School Board member and veteran educator.

Hogan first won the seat by a narrow margin in 2022 before securing a second victory with a more significant lead in 2024.
Earlier this year, Hogan stated that his campaign would focus on addressing the economic challenges facing local families, seniors, and small businesses.

Egan has put forward a platform centered on education funding reform, public safety, and the rising cost of living.

The 142nd District covers Lower Southampton Township, Langhorne Manor Borough, Langhorne Borough, Penndel Borough, and portions of Middletown and Northampton townships.

In the 140th Legislative District, incumbent Democratic State Rep. Jim Prokopiak will defend his seat against Republican Michael Gettis, a structural inspector.

Prokopiak, an attorney and former Pennsbury School Board member, was first elected in a winter 2024 special election and subsequently won the 2024 general election.

The district includes Falls Township, Morrisville Borough, Tullytown Borough, and parts of Middletown Township.
In the 141st Legislative District, incumbent Democratic State Rep. Tina Davis will face Republican business owner Ken Velez.

Davis, a former Bristol Township Council member, has represented the district containing Bristol Borough and Bristol Township since 2010.
