The arrest was carried out out by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and the Bristol Township police K-9 unit, authorities told LevittownNow.com.

A warrant for McNeil’s arrest was issued on April 14 after investigators determined he had fled Kansas.

Deputy marshals in Philadelphia received information placing McNeil in Bucks County on Tuesday, authorities said.

When task force officers knocked on the door of the Vista Street home Tuesday, McNeil attempted to flee again but was arrested without further incident, authorities said.

McNeil was convicted in 2013 of indecent liberties with a 15-year-old child in Topeka, Kansas, according to authorities in the Sunflower State.
