Law enforcement officials said they located Alford in the 300 block of Main Street in Tullytown Borough where he was reportedly hiding.

Alford was wanted on a warrant issued Dec. 23 for violating his probation.

According to authorities, the probation stemmed from a 2023 conviction for terroristic threats in Lower Southampton Township.

Authorities allege Alford removed his court-ordered electronic monitoring bracelet in December and failed to report to his probation officer.

“U.S. Marshal Service support for the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office enhances our shared commitment to arresting violent felons,” said Supervisory Deputy Robert Clark. “We will continue to be a force multiplier for all our law enforcement partners in Bucks County.”

Alford, a former high-ranking member of the Pagans, has a prior criminal history that includes time in federal prison on a firearms case.

In 2023, he was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police in Bristol Township in connection with an alleged murder-for-hire plot. But those charges were eventually dropped.

In a previous interview with Fox 29, Alford questioned the handling of that investigation and maintained he had no information to provide investigators regarding other cases.

After Monday morning’s arrest, the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office transported Alford to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
