
Dollar Tree is preparing to move into a prominent 15,000-square-foot retail space that was recently vacated by Rite Aid near the Five Points intersection.

The pharmacy closed earlier this year during the chain’s liquidation and left the building on New Falls Road in Bristol Township vacant.
Recently, signage for the low-cost retailer went up on the building.
Work inside the store is underway, with shelving being erected as the company advertises job openings for the soon-to-open store.

An official opening date for the new Dollar Tree store has not yet been announced.
The new location will add to the chain’s existing local footprint, which already includes stores in nearby Bristol Borough, Falls Township, Middletown Township, and Tullytown Borough.

Dollar Tree operates over 9,000 stores across the United States and Canada.
The expansion comes as the company continues to see strong growth.
Dollar Tree recently announced it had opened 106 new locations and reported a 9.4% increase in sales.
The company generated $1.7 billion in revenue during its third quarter.

Despite facing impacts from tariff costs, the retailer remains optimistic about its outlook and is projecting sales to exceed $19 billion by the end of 2025.
The company employs approximately 150,000 people and maintains 18 distribution centers, according to a Dollar Tree statement.
