Plans for townhomes on a 2.2-acre property in Falls Township have been scaled back.

In 2023, developer Night and Day Properties LLC proposed building a 34-unit townhome community along Bristol-Oxford Valley Road and Trenton Road near the intersection of the two roads in the Fairless Hills section of the township.
Later that year, the plan had been scaled back to 28 townhomes.
Recently, Night and Day Properties proposed 20 townhomes at the site.

The developer was expected to bring its latest iteration of the plans before the Falls Township Zoning Hearing Board, but they requested a delay at Tuesday evening’s meeting.
The developer is seeking a number of variances related to the project.
