The crash between a Toyota Camry sedan and a Ford Explorer SUV happened around 9:30 p.m. Halloween night on Bristol Road, between Kelly and Pickertown roads in Warrington Township.
Police identified one of the deceased as Aziz Umidovich Amonov, 18, of Lower Southampton Township, who was the front-seat passenger in the Toyota.
The Camry’s 15-year-old male driver and a 16-year-old rear-seat passenger were also pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Police confirmed that two of the four occupants were students at Neshaminy High School – one a freshman and the other a senior.
The school affiliations of the other two victims are unconfirmed, police said.
Those in the Ford Explorer were not reported to have suffered life-threatening injuries.

Police described the collision as a side-angle crash, not a head-on collision, with the most serious damage to the sedan on the passenger side.
A preliminary investigation indicated that the sedan was traveling northbound on Bristol Road, while the SUV was westbound, according to police.

Investigators said they believe the sedan’s driver lost control as the vehicle approached a downward crest in the narrow roadway, causing it to cross into the path of the SUV.
“We extend our deepest sympathies to the families and friends of the students, as well as to everyone in our school community who is mourning the loss,” Neshaminy School District Superintendent Jason Bowman told LevittownNow.com in a statement.

Bowman said counseling staff and “other regional resources will be available to support any student or staff member who may need assistance.”
The investigation into the cause of the crash “remains active and ongoing,” police said.
