
Bristol Borough’s annual Oldies By The River concert is set to kick off on Saturday, Sept. 20.

The event, a tradition held at Waterfront Park, will feature a lineup of tribute acts and classic performers.
The concert begins at 5 p.m. with a warm-up DJ.
Featured acts include “The Sounds of Soul Train” with Bobby Wilson, “Forever Donna – A Tribute to the Queen of Disco” with Rainere Martin, and “Pop Divas Through the Decades” with The Chicklettes. The Platters, with former lead singer Frank Pizarro, are also scheduled to perform and so is Vinnie Medugno, host of 77 WABC Radio, with his show “The Sounds of Malt Shop.”
Free parking and shuttle bus service will be available from the parking lot located at 1414 Radcliffe Street.

Refreshments will be for sale at the event.
Organizers advise attendees to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
