Following the killing of conservative political activist and influencer Charlie Kirk, a group of local residents gathered in Middletown Township to remember him.

The group met up Saturday at the Wawa on West Lincoln Highway in Middletown Township to mark Kirk’s life and share some thoughts. They then took to the roads to share their message that “we are Charlie.”

The organizers, Nicole and Ryan Miller, of Levittown, said they wanted to do more than sit around in the wake of the murder, which follows other recent violence against political figures.
