Police Log: $561 In Merchandise Stolen, Threats Made & More

August 28

Retail Theft

At 5:20 p.m., two suspects stole $561 worth of merchandise from a store on New Falls Road.

August 29

Arrest

A 38-year-old Bristol Borough man was arrested on a Bucks County bench warrant on Route 13 at 12:43 a.m. He was released to the sheriff’s office.

Receiving Stolen Property

A 36-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested on the charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Driving With a Suspended License on Veterans Highway at 10:30 a.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at $20,000 unsecured.

Arrest

A 45-year-old Bristol Township man was arrested on a Bucks County bench warrant on Magnolia Avenue at 10 a.m. He was released to the sheriff’s office.

Terroristic Threats

A 48-year-old Bristol Township man was arrested on the charges of Terroristic Threats and Harassment on Natalie’s Court at 7:51 a.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.

Theft

Recently, two tires were stolen from a message board on Newportville Road. The value of the tires is $400.

Retail Theft

At 8:55 a.m., several items were stolen by a suspect at a store on Route 13. The value of the items is $50.

Stolen Vehicle

A 2022 Honda Motorcycle was stolen from Almond Lane over the past day. The value of the motorcyclist is $3,500.

August 30

Arrest

A 26-year-old homeless man was arrested on a Bucks County bench warrant on State Road at 9:30 a.m. He was released to the sheriff’s office.

September 2

Arrest

A 32-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested on a Bristol Township warrant on Bath Road at 10:52 a.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at $2,500 unsecured.

Assault

A 25-year-old Bristol Township man was arrested on the charges of Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Public Drunkenness. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.

Theft From Vehicle

Recently, an impact drill was stolen from a 2021 Ford work van on Newportville Road. The value of the drill was $350.

September 3

Theft

Between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., a Luckeep X1 e-bike was stolen from a home on Green Lane at 4:08 p.m. The value of the bike was $920.

Arrest

A 29-year-old Levittown man was arrested on a Bristol Township warrant along New Falls Road at 5:17 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at $15,000 unsecured.

September 4

Theft

A 35-year-old Bristol Township woman was arrested on the charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking, Simple Assault, and Terroristic Threats on Incurve Road at 2 p.m. She was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.
