

A fire at a home in Bristol Township’s Levittown section Wednesday morning left one resident with a minor injury.
Firefighters were dispatched to the residence on Disk Lane at 7:45 a.m., according to Edgely Fire Company Chief Brian Cirard.
When crews arrived to the home, they found heavy fire in the attic, the chief said.
The fire was placed under control at 8:08 a.m.

One resident suffered a minor burn and was transported to the hospital by the Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad, Cirard said.
Bristol Township Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito said the fire was accidental and was caused when flammable vapors ignited in the garage.
The Edgely Fire Company was assisted by Bristol Township Fire Rescue, the Fairless Hills Fire Department, Levittown Fire Company No. 2, and Third District Fire Company.
