Christian Zahirny, of Bristol Borough, was taken into custody without incident around 6:15 a.m. after local, county, and federal law enforcement officials executed search and arrest warrants in the 500 block of Swain Street.
The arrest was the result of a joint operation involving the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Forces from Philadelphia and New Jersey, the Bucks County Detectives, the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office, the Mercer County (New Jersey) Prosecutor’s Office, and Bristol Borough police.
The warrant for Zahirny was issued March 30 in Mercer County, New Jersey, for possession and distribution of child pornography, authorities said.

Last October, he entered a first-time offender program related to a trespassing incident at the closed Oliver Heckman Elementary School, which sits in Langhorne Borough and Middletown Township. As part of that program, he was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service, according to court records.
