Scott Hults, 59, of the Croydon section of Bristol Township, was charged recently with one count of open lewdness and several counts each of disorderly conduct and harassment. He was arraigned by on-call District Judge Daniel Baranoski and released after posting 10% of his $35,000 bail.

According to Tullytown Borough police, they were first called to Sally’s Beauty Store in the Levittown Town Center on April 4 for a harassment report.

At the time, an employee told an officer a customer repeatedly entered the store, telling her she was beautiful and that he loved her, which made her uncomfortable, police said.

On May 8, police responded to another harassment complaint at the same store.

A different woman reported that a man, later identified as Hults, stopped by and made inappropriate and sexual comments to teenage female employees. She described him making masturbatory motions with his hand in his pocket while making comments about sexual acts, police said.

On June 10, police followed up on a report that Hults was in the store discussing a medical issue, guitars, and a “soft dick,” investigators said.

An employee stated she believed Hults was going to expose himself until another customer entered the store. Hults then allegedly expressed a desire to have sex with another store employee, police said.

On June 13, an employee reported to an investigator that Hults spoke to her recently while touching his genital area through his pants. He allegedly told the woman he wanted to perform a sex act and showed her naked pictures, police said.
