A section of roadway in Falls Township’s Levittown section will be closed during the daytime hours this week due to ongoing road work.

From Wednesday, May 21, through Friday, May 30, Falls-Tullytown Road will be closed weekdays between Mill Creek Road and New Falls Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to PennDOT.
During the closure, motorists will be detoured to use New Falls Road, Levittown Parkway and Mill Creek Parkway.
Local access for residents will be maintained, according to PennDOT.

The closure is for base repair operations on the roadway.
Drivers are asked to give extra time when traveling near the work area as backups and delays are expected.
