
The Neshaminy School Board has approved the appointment of a new human resources director.

Felicity S. Hanks will start the job effective July 1, according to the district.
Hanks comes to Neshaminy from the Lower Merion School District, where she currently holds the title of director of human resources. Prior to that, she served as the director of human resources for the Bensalem Township School District from 2017 to 2021.
Before entering the field of education administration, Hanks was a practicing attorney specializing in labor and employment law, as well as other commercial matters, from 2010 to 2017. Her practice included offices in Yardley, Princeton, and Newtown.

Hanks is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Hanks will succeed Kelly Kozik, who has served in the position since June 2019.
