The Falls Township Board of Supervisors have approved plans for three contractors’ garages to offer storage for plumbers and other trade businesses.

The supervisors granted preliminary and final land development approval to Lower Bucks Homebuilders LLC during a meeting last week.
The plan consolidates 10 parcels into a 50,874-square-foot site along Fallsington-Tullytown Road, with secondary frontage on Route 13, officials said.
The development will include a 5,250-square-foot garage and two 4,725-square-foot garages.

Attorney Mike Meginniss, who is representing Lower Bucks Homebuilders, told supervisors his client identified a “need” for local small business owners and startups to store equipment and tools.
The site will feature a one-way circulation pattern and will not accommodate large trucks.

Meginniss said the garages are intended for use by box trucks or vans, with business owners likely visiting the site once daily.
