Police were called to Swan Lane in the Levittown section of Bristol Township on the afternoon on Dec. 28 for a report of a neighbor dispute. A woman reported ongoing harassment from her 69-year-old neighbor.
Police said the woman told them the man allegedly parked his vehicle outside her residence and put printed images of middle fingers in the window facing her house.
The woman told officers the man had thrown firecrackers into her backyard on several occasions, which was captured video she provided, police said.

An officer wrote in court papers that the videos captured the firecrackers exploding in her yard and showed the man making obscene gestures towards her security cameras.
During their investigation, officers found fragments of M-98 firecrackers in the woman’s backyard near the back gate on the side of the property she shares with the man’s property, police said.

The man confirmed the vehicle was his and stated it was intentionally parked to face the woman’s residence, police said.
The man reportedly told an officer that the vehicle would remain there “until the day I die,” police said.
The man was charged via summons with reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
