Andrew Gallo, 40, who was initially arrested in September, faces new accusations after six more women came forward, leading to additional charges of rape and other offenses.

The new charges involve women aged 18 to 35, with the alleged incidents occurring between June 2018 and June 2024, according to court papers.

In court papers, the first set of women ranged in age between 17 to 30 years old.

The women reported meeting Gallo on various dating platforms including sugardaddymeet.com, Hinge, and Plenty of Fish, and were invited to his home where the alleged crimes took place.

According to police, the women were served drinks laced with drugs, which led to them to feel disoriented and vulnerable.

The women described feeling strange and “out of it” almost immediately after drinking the beverages provided by Gallo, police said.

The five women who said they were raped reported engaging in rough sex with Gallo, with four of them describing him putting his hands around their throat to the point of them passing out or almost passing out, police said.

Medical examinations confirmed the presence of methamphetamines or amphetamines in the systems of the accusers, police said.

A search of Gallo’s residence prior to his arrest led to the discovery of a bottle of tequila testing positive for methamphetamine, police said.

A forensic analysis of Gallo’s online activities showed searches related to pornography featuring drugged women, authorities said.
