Despite repeated orders to exit the truck, the driver reportedly responded, “For what? I am not doing anything. I am not driving.”
The driver began reaching inside the vehicle and that led to a trooper to physically remove him with assistance from two troopers, state police said.
The man resisted, causing one trooper to nearly fall after losing his footing on a broken step of the truck, troopers said.
