A Bristol woman was arrested Thursday in connection with a shooting at a state-run assistance office, which resulted in property damage but no injuries, according to police.

April Campbell Precha, 37, was taken into custody around 11:30 a.m. by Bristol Township Police, Sgt. Jason Mancuso confirmed.
The arrest followed a search that began Wednesday after Precha allegedly fired shots at the Bucks County Assistance Office.
Police responded to the scene at approximately 9:08 a.m. Wednesday after receiving reports of disorderly behavior at the office located at 1214 Veterans Highway.

Once at the scene, officers discovered a shattered window and evidence of gunfire, police said.
Precha appeared to have threatened to shoot up the office in a Wednesday morning Facebook post.

An investigation identified Precha as the shooter, and a warrant for her arrest was issued.
The 37-year-old woman faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, and being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm, according to court documents.
Authorities had warned the public that Precha should be considered armed and dangerous.
