The theft took place at a home on North Bellevue Avenue in the early hours of Monday, August 19, police said in a social media post this week.
The suspects reportedly made off with a trailer holding the jet skis.

State police, who patrol the small town during off-hours for borough police, surveillance footage and license plate readers have helped identify the vehicle used in the theft.

The investigation remained active as of Tuesday, and no arrests were announced.
Borough police asked residents to lock their vehicles and secure valuables in garages and sheds.

“It’s a quiet town, but bad things can occur if we don’t take precautions,” the department posted.
