Police Arrest ATV Rider For DUI After Crash

An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) rider was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a crash in Bristol Township on Friday evening.

Bristol Township police responded to a crash at 5:21 p.m. after receiving reports of an overturned ATV along Newportville Road near Lower Road.

Sgt. Jason Mancuso said that officers and an ambulance crew arrived at the scene.

The rider reportedly refused medical treatment at the site of the crash, Mancuso said.

Authorities said no other vehicles were involved in the accident.

The section of Newportville Road was temporarily blocked to traffic due to the crash.
